“Decree a thing, and it shall be established.” — Iyov (Job) 22:28
By divine commission, these Proclamation Scrolls are set forth to arm the remnant of Yahuah with the authority of the spoken Word.
Let every decree written herein align with the will of the Most High, that His dominion be established in every realm.
Through these proclamations, the hosts of Heaven are summoned to perform His command, executing justice, silencing iniquity, and restoring divine order upon the earth.
Let righteousness spring forth, truth prevail, and light dispel every shadow of deception.
These scrolls are given to train the mouth of the remnant to speak as kings and priests, that the word declared may become the word made manifest.
So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah.
1. Job (Iyov) 22:28
“You shall also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto you: and the light shall shine upon your ways.”
🕊 This reveals the creative authority of faith-filled speech—Heaven responds to what is decreed in righteousness.
2. Isaiah (Yesha’yahu) 55:11
“So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return unto Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”
🕊 Every divine proclamation fulfills its purpose—these scrolls echo Heaven’s intent through yielded voices.
3. Psalm (Tehillim) 103:20–21
“Bless Yahuah, you His angels, that excel in strength, that do His commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His word. Bless Yahuah, all you His hosts; you ministers of His, that do His pleasure.”
🕊 The proclamations summon angelic hosts to execute Yahuah’s decrees upon the earth.
4. Revelation (Chazon) 1:6
“And has made us kings and priests unto Elohim and His Father; to Him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amein.”
🕊 These scrolls train the remnant to speak as royal priests—declaring Heaven’s will into earthly realms.
5. Jeremiah (Yirmeyahu) 1:9–10
“Then Yahuah put forth His hand, and touched my mouth. And Yahuah said unto me, Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.”
🕊 The prophetic mouth is a weapon of divine authority—sent to uproot darkness and establish light.

Proclamation Against Idolatry and False Worship By the authority of Yahusha HaMashiach, we stand against every altar of idolatry, pride, and false worship that defiles the earth and deceives the hearts of men. Let every throne, image, and name exalted above Yahuah be cast down, and every counterfeit glory be consumed by His fire. We decree that the spirit of religion and self-exaltation shall crumble before the presence of the Living Elohim. Let truth expose the false prophets and reveal the vanity of man-made gods. May the fear of Yahuah return to His people, and pure worship rise from a humble and contrite heart. Let every nation bow before the Sovereign King and declare that Yahuah alone is worthy of praise. So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah. | Proclamation Over Workers of Witchcraft By the authority of Yahusha HaMashiach, we stand against every worker of witchcraft, sorcery, and divination. Let every spell, curse, and incantation spoken against the righteous be broken, reversed, and rendered powerless. We decree confusion in the camp of darkness, and release the fire of the Ruach Ha’Qodesh to consume every altar of iniquity. Let those who seek power apart from Yahuah be stripped of their strength, and their works brought to nothing. The blood of Yahusha speaks a better word—redeeming, cleansing, and covering the elect of Yahuah. Let the hosts of Heaven war against the forces of wickedness until righteousness is established in every place. So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah. |
Exodus 20:3–5 (Cepher / KJV) You shall have no other elohim before Me. You shall not make unto yourself any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down yourself to them, nor serve them. Deuteronomy 12:3–4 And you shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and you shall hew down the graven images of their elohim, and destroy the names of them out of that place. You shall not do so unto Yahuah your Elohim. Acts (Ma’asei) 19:19–20 “Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver. So mightily grew the word of Elohim and prevailed.” 🕊 The Word of Yahuah destroys the works of witchcraft—His fire consumes every altar of iniquity. 4. Hebrews (Ivrim) 12:24 “And to Yahusha the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaks better things than that of Abel.” 🕊 The blood of Yahusha speaks redemption and cleansing—His voice silences every accusation of darkness. 5. Ephesians (Eph’siym) 6:12–13 “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of Elohim, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” 🕊 The hosts of Heaven war with us; we stand clothed in divine armor until righteousness is established in every place. |

Proclamation of Divine Contention By the Word of Yahuah, we enter into divine contention against every force that resists His will and opposes His kingdom. Let every spirit of rebellion, pride, and deception be cast down, and the counsel of darkness be turned to foolishness. We decree that Yahuah shall contend with those who contend with His elect and bring judgment upon every adversary that rises against His anointed. Let the strongholds of injustice crumble, the chains of oppression be broken, and the lying lips of the wicked be silenced. May the Ruach Ha’Qodesh go forth as a consuming fire, purging every work of iniquity and restoring righteousness in its place. Let truth march forward and justice stand firm, until every knee bows and every tongue confesses that Yahusha HaMashiach is Sovereign over all. So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah. | Proclamation Against Unrighteous Rulers By the authority of Yahusha HaMashiach, we proclaim judgment upon every throne, power, and dominion that governs in wickedness and exalts itself against the knowledge of Yahuah. Let the scepter of injustice be shattered, and the schemes of deceitful rulers be exposed and brought to nothing. We decree that those who pervert judgment, shed innocent blood, and oppress the poor shall fall by their own counsel. Let truth rise from the streets, and righteousness rule in the gates once more. May the fear of Yahuah return to the nations, and may every leader bow to His sovereign will. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory belong to Yahuah alone, now and forever. So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah. |

Proclamation Against False Dreamers and Diviners By the authority of Yahusha HaMashiach, we stand against every lying spirit that speaks through false prophets, dreamers, and diviners. Let every vision not birthed in the Ruach Ha’Qodesh be silenced, and every deceitful revelation fall to the ground void of power. We decree that truth shall expose the imaginations of men who speak for gain and lead the simple astray. Let the veil of deception be torn, and the purity of Yahuah’s Word be restored among His people. May those who practice manipulation and sorcery through words, media, or imagination be confounded and brought to repentance. Let the true song of deliverance rise among the remnant — the song of the redeemed, filled with praise, purity, and power. May the Ruach Ha’Qodesh anoint the sounds of heaven to invade the earth, cleansing the airwaves and sanctifying the ears of the faithful. We call forth worship that heals, lyrics that restore, and rhythms that glorify Yahuah in spirit and in truth. So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah. |
Deuteronomy 18:20–22 “But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in My name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die… When a prophet speaks in the name of Yahuah, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which Yahuah has not spoken.” Jeremiah 23:16–17 “Thus says Yahuah Tseva’oth, ‘Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you; they make you worthless. Proclamation Against the Sorceries of Pharmacy By the authority of Yahusha HaMashiach, we stand against every deception of pharmakeia that manipulates the body, mind, and spirit through sorcery and false healing. Let every counterfeit cure and toxic craft that binds humanity in dependency be exposed and overthrown. We decree that Yahuah alone is our Healer, and that the nations shall no longer be deceived by the merchants of death and corruption. Let truth invade the systems of medicine, revealing every hidden agenda and breaking the power of greed and control. May the Ruach Ha’Qodesh cleanse the earth of poisonous practices and restore wisdom, purity, and divine health to the righteous. We call forth the healing leaves of the nations, and the knowledge of Yahuah to cover the earth as the waters cover the sea. So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah. | Proclamation Against the Slaughter of the Innocent By the authority of Yahusha HaMashiach, we cry out against the shedding of innocent blood and every system that profits from death. Let every altar of abortion, exploitation, and violence be torn down, and those who perpetuate such evil be brought to repentance or removed from power. We decree that the lives of the unborn, the oppressed, and the voiceless are precious before Yahuah and shall be avenged by His justice. Let compassion triumph over cruelty, and truth expose the works of darkness hidden in the name of progress. May the Ruach Ha’Qodesh awaken the nations to righteousness and restore a fear of Yahuah in every heart. We call forth a generation consecrated to life, holiness, and divine purpose, raised up to rebuild what has been destroyed. So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah. |

Proclamation Against the Spirit of Perversion and Pornography By the authority of Yahusha HaMashiach, we stand against every spirit of lust, corruption, and defilement that wages war against purity and holiness. Let every image, word, and imagination exalting sin and enslaving the soul be cast down and consumed by the fire of Yahuah’s judgment. We decree that the eyes of the righteous shall be anointed with holy discernment and that the gates of their hearts be guarded by the Ruach Ha’Qodesh. Let the strongholds of addiction be broken, the snares of fantasy destroyed, and the captives of impurity set free. May a new generation arise clothed in righteousness, walking in the beauty of holiness and the power of self-control. Let truth cleanse the airwaves, and let the song of purity silence the noise of corruption. So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah. | Proclamation Against Principalities and Powers, Rulers, and Authorities, and Spiritual Wickedness in Unseen Places By the authority of Yahusha HaMashiach, we war against every principality, power, ruler, and spirit of wickedness operating in hidden places. Let every dark throne be shaken, and every demonic counsel be scattered by the light of Yahuah’s truth. We decree that the weapons of our warfare are mighty through Yahuah for the pulling down of strongholds. Let the angels of Yahuah advance with fire, overthrowing every work of darkness and reclaiming what belongs to the Kingdom. May the banner of Yahusha be lifted high in every realm—heavenly, earthly, and beneath—until His dominion fills all creation. So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah. |

PROCLAMATION AGAINST THE SPIRIT OF FEAR AND INTIMIDATION By the authority of Yahusha Ha’Mashiach, we stand against every spirit of fear, intimidation, and doubt that seeks to weaken the people of Yahuah. We decree that terror, anxiety, and confusion shall flee before the presence of the Most High. For Elohim has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Let courage rise within the sons and daughters of Yahuah. May boldness in the Ruach Ha’Qodesh fill every vessel that bears His Name. We command faith to overthrow fear, light to drive out darkness, and truth to silence every lie. The Lion of Yahudah roars, and His people stand unshaken—shielded by His Word and sealed by His peace. So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah. | PROCLAMATION AGAINST DECEPTION IN MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION By the authority of Yahusha Ha’Mashiach, we stand against every spirit of deception, manipulation, and falsehood that corrupts the airwaves and deceives the hearts of men. We decree that truth shall prevail over distortion, and light shall expose the works of darkness in media and communication. Let every lying tongue be silenced, and every false narrative collapse before the truth of Yahuah’s Word. May integrity rise among those who speak, write, and broadcast in the nations. We call forth voices of righteousness, clarity, and discernment to pierce the veil of confusion. The Ruach Ha’Qodesh breathes truth into the earth, and the Lion of Yahudah roars— that every ear may hear and every heart be awakened. So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah. |

PROCLAMATION AGAINST THE SPIRIT OF DIVISION AND STRIFE By the authority of Yahusha Ha’Mashiach, we stand against every spirit of division, discord, and strife that seeks to tear apart the body of Mashiach and the family of Yahuah. We decree that unity, peace, and love shall reign among the righteous. Let every root of bitterness be uprooted, and every tongue that sows contention be silenced before the truth. May the Ruach Ha’Qodesh restore harmony where offense has taken hold. Let brothers dwell together in peace, and the oil of anointing flow freely once more. We declare that no weapon of confusion shall prosper, and every wall of separation shall fall. The Lion of Yahudah roars, calling His people to oneness under Heaven’s banner. So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah. | Proclamation for the Cleansing and Purification of the House of Yahuah By the authority of Yahusha Ha’Mashiach, we decree the cleansing and purification of the House of Yahuah. Let every defilement, compromise, and unholy practice be removed from His dwelling place. We command that the altars be sanctified, the vessels made clean, and the hearts of His people be washed in righteousness. May the fire of the Ruach Ha’Qodesh consume all impurity and restore the holiness that belongs to Yahuah alone. Let worship rise in spirit and in truth, untainted by the ways of the world. We declare that His House shall be a house of prayer, purity, and power—set apart for His glory. The Lion of Yahudah roars over His sanctuary, and His presence fills the earth. PROCLAMATION AGAINST THE PERSECUTION OF BELIEVERS
By the authority of Yahusha Ha’Mashiach, we lift our voices against the shedding of innocent blood and the persecution of the righteous across the earth.
We stand for our brothers and sisters in every land where faith in Messiah is met with fire, sword, or silence.
Let every power that delights in violence be brought low before the Most High Yahuah.
We decree divine protection over every believer, every pastor, and every home that calls upon His Name.
May angels encamp around them, and may the cry of the oppressed rise as thunder before Heaven’s throne.
The Lion of Yahudah roars—calling justice to awaken and mercy to prevail.
So let it be established according to the Word of Yahuah.
